Collection: Mercedes Gancedo Molina

Mercedes Gancedo Molina has felt a deep connection to art since childhood, even though her creative path wasn’t encouraged early on. After moving to the United States, in 2014 she took painting classes to learn English at the Museum of Fine Art in Boston, MA. She reconnected with painting and discovered her passion for abstract art. This awakening led her, in 2018, to fully embrace painting as her life’s purpose. Today, from her studio in Fort Lauderdale, she creates abstract expressionist works that celebrate the power of vibrant colors and the richness of texture, inviting viewers to feel rather than simply observe.
